Window replacement center did amazing job. Mark and his crews were professional, friendly and finished installing 7 windows in 2 days.They also did outstanding clean up after they finished the job. I highly recommend them to get windows installed with them.
The Windows Replacement Center did a good job on replacing my 12 windows. The job was on a three story house. It involved scaffolding, 3 windows that were half circular, stucco breaking, and putting stucco back on. One windows framing had water damage that went down to the bottom of the bay window. They repaired the structural damage. The crew is great and very professional. They can handle all sizes of jobs and can fix hidden problems that they come across. Definitely get an estimate and consider them for your next window project. They are honest, punctual, and will get the job done at a fair price.
We have an older 2 story apartment building that needed 12 front windows replaced facing the street. We scheduled a consultation with Mark's company & another "highly rated" window company. Not only did Mark offer a more competitive $rate, the other window company provided "incorrect" information regarding the window sizing / style that was available for the type of windows we were shopping for, and needless to say Mark provided the correct information from the start and is an expert at his profession.
A year later and we are very happy with the Windows Mark and his team installed. He also was very responsive in replacing one frame that had an inconsistency. He makes sure you're happy with the job. One thing that is important to understand about "replacement windows" is that they use the current window frames and install the new windows within the existing footprint. The outcome is the window surface area is slightly reduced because of the bulkier frame(new frame + old frame). Mark was really good at explaining that. We are happy campers.
We hired Mark to do change all the windows in our house. What can I say, when we started thinking about our next project, we immediately thought to get back and hire them again. First of all, timing was as projected. All work is done fast and with cleanness above my expectations. Mark will do his best to meet your budget and satisfy requirements. 17 years ago Mark, the company owner, changed about 25 windows in our 3 story house. Till this time ALL WINDOWS are in good condition and never failed through heavy rain or an extensive sun. Based on what we paid at the time of windows replacement and how little (nothing) we paid through the ears, it was one of the best house improvement projects and one of the best companies we ever used. In last 2 years, I used this company to replace sliding door and windows in two other properties and as expected had timely, reliable, well priced services. Just to fulfill curiosity of my wife, I had a few quotes every time I had to replace windows, and every time Mark’s estimates were the best and completion costs stay the same as initial estimates. GREAT COMPANY!
Mark and the crew did a great job of replacing the west facing large window that is the height and width of the living room wall. The window is a good looking, sturdy, quality product. The frame didn't fit through the backyard door. They had to improvise. Take it over the roof. Took the time to fit it and seal it in thoroughly. Cleaned up after themselves. Everyone professional, friendly, diligent.
Window Replacement Center installed six windows for me and one patio door. I had looked at several companies however Mark and his team came to be the most proficient as well as having the most reasonable priced windows and service out of all other companies I had looked too. Highly recommending this company to anyone looking for greatly priced as well as high quality windows and service.

We are doing a large number of renovation projects in San Francisco therefore I know that window replacement can be a tough task. We just completed a large project on Liberty street in San Francisco where we replaced about 30 existing windows with new Milgard double hung windows all in fiberglass with custom-painted exterior. The house looks fantastic and we did not have any problems passing the final inspection. Mark did a great job taking the right measurements! All the windows went in without problems we did not have to do any repairs to the exterior trim at all - just minor paint touch ups that were expected. Right now they are helping us to replace all the windows in a large building on 2820 Broadway. Mark was able to find a great product that has outstanding design that matches existing windows. It took them less than 2 weeks to replace all 44 windows! Two months ago they helped us with Nanawall installation in San Rafael - folding glass doors 20 feet long. I cant say enough good words about these guys! One thing I know - we are going to use them on our next window installation!
These guys are awesome - I requested 4 quotes from different contractors in the Bay and Mark's team came at the most affordable price. His team installed 4 windows, including an enormous sliding door, in one day. We couldn't be happier and highly recommend this company.

We had six double-hung wooden windows on the second floor replaced with vinyl windows in a 1930s house. Mark was on-time or early for all appointments. The work was completed in 4 hours with no mess left at all. One window will require new balancers as it will not stay open, but I am confident that Mark will take care of this as quickly as he can. The new windows look beautiful. We are very happy with the results. I would recommend Window Replacement Center to everyone.
